El DLC incluirá los siguientes temas musicales:

- “Planetes”
- “Kimi Sora Kiseki”
- “Ghost of a smile”
- “Departures ~Anata ni Okuru Ai no Uta~”
Deemo Reborn se lanzaba el 21 de noviembre en las PlayStation 4 de todo el mundo.
